Why do I need to enter my address for digital products?
Maryland state law requires us to collect and pay sales tax on all sales to customers residing in Maryland. (We know; we wish we didn't have to either!)
Therefore, we need to know where you live to determine the proper tax rate. You can fill in just the city, state, and country and leave the street address blank.
Why is there a yearly fee for these extensions?
The yearly fee allows us to continue to update the Mooberry Book Manager Extensions. Updates are important because they allow new features to be added as well as security fixes. In addition, as WordPress is updated, these Extensions may need to be updated to ensure they continue to work with newer versions of WordPress. There is always a reason for plugins to be updated!

Can I continue to use my extensions if I cancel my subscription?
Yes! All Mooberry Book Manager Extensions remain functional even if you cancel your subscription and your license key expires.
However, if your license key is expired, you will no longer receive updates for that Extension. You also will not be eligible for support for that Extension.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, we only accept Paypal.
How are the extensions priced?
The price of each extension is for a license valid for one year. Licenses are automatically renewed at a 30% discount before they expire. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
How is my personal information used?
When you purchase a plugin, you will be subscribed to our mailing list powered by MailChimp. You may unsubscribe at any time. We may email about your purchase, such as you receipt, product updates, and license renewal reminders. Your information is never shared.
